What was the highlight of Hotel y Villas del Mar
Nice getaway even in bad weather.
The breakfast was good, but a very small portion. The view from the balcony was amazing! The room layout was great with the bed facing the amazing view, and the bathroom was modern, clean and big. They also had a nice little kitchen. Had I have known, I would have brought stuff to eat. The staff was very helpful. Anything I asked for they did right away. Gaby helped direct me to the hotel, when Google Maps was wrong.
I think the cleaning staff forgot things, like our bath towels and to clean the previous people's dishes. There was a glass with wine or punch remnants....in the back of the cabinet. It made me feel that I needed to reclean everything else that was there. Also they have a nice little kitchen but didn't leave us any cleaning supplies. There was no dish soap, or hand soap or paper towels. When I asked, they brought it right up---but for the price, I think it should have already been there. Also the pillows were very firm, and not like a sleeping pillow, with a sheet on it. Also, there was storm at night that flooded half our room.

Wonderful place to enjoy and relax.
The location was great and we enjoyed their breakfast. We were not aware they also serve other meals as requested. The quality of the food was excellent. Their service is great.
